Wembley Avenue serves as both a neighbourhood hub and commercial destination in Yarraville.
Two major changes are reshaping our area:
Library Relocation: The planned closure/relocation of the well-loved and centrally located library facility removes a key community service from the strip. While the new library facility is an exciting future development, it does represent a significant change for the Wembley Strip that the local community has a need to prepare for.
Bradmill Development: This nearby mixed-use development will bring new retail and dining options. Rather than compete directly, Wembley Avenue has an opportunity to offer something distinctive and focused for the local community.
